We can build the same home multiple times yet still look very different each time the plan is built. NOTICE: D&E CAN KEEP UP THE THE TRENDS: According to RISMEDIA, average size homes are decreasing. The national average home size fell from 2520 to 2480 in 2009. The last time the average completed home size fell with that type of margin was in 1982. DOWNSIZING it the Trend. Clients are taking the "cents and sensibility" approach.
